try out all sort of method to reduce the pain, but couldn't work.
lastly, took 1 panadol before off to bed ytd night which i usually won't take.
as we know, panadol is not a good choice anyway
and i don't want rely on this stupid thing ! : X
but mayb without the panadol, i think i couldn't sleep well ytd : (
i think u guys know that menstrual period will affect an individual's emotions and moods
plus the pain that we suffered. yea, it's emo+emo! irritable + irritable!
don't be surprise when the sanguine girl is emo-ing.
when a kind-hearted girl is getting angry.
pls bear with them, dude!
