they need care!

during this 2 weeks clinical posting, we had visited 4 different centre include old folks home and OKU centre.
Cheshire home, Kiwanis centre, Taman Megah Kelana Jaya, and Heritage home.

Cheshire home is a residence for the disable ppl in all races.

Kiwanis centre is a centre where by they train the children who have mental problem such as slow learner, hyperactive children.... training them independent in their activity daily living.
and every day, they have different activity for the children e.g. Yoga class, cooking, horse riding, park jogging , etc.
and we used to attend the yoga class with the childrens and bring them for jogging.
behind the centre is a park, nice and big park for jogging, exercise~
the place is at Taman Tun Dr Ismail , bandar Utama.

Heritage home is an old folks home at PJ, nearby Assunta Hospital.

most of the residents are chinese.

here is the social workers where by he will come everyday and having some activity with the old folks. 
such as reading bible,reading story, singing songs, etc.
while he singing the song, his wife will play the organ.




the last will be the OKU centre at Taman  Megah, Kelana Jaya.
most of the children there with problems like down syndrome,slow learner, celebral palsy,intellectual disable, autism, speech disable, blind, etc.
and most of them are desert by their parent since small.

the children sitting and lying on the floor to do nothing all day.
and this is their life.


inside the house, there is also many children which can only lying down.



me and a baby with cleft palate and cleft lips, after failed the cleft lips operation, she became hydrocephalic... *sad*



2 of the residents here, i can said that they all are very optimistic...


when they grow up, the care giver there will started to train them, if they can learn, they ll be send for school.
if can't, they will just remain there and be train to help in take care of others...

what they need is just simple. 
care, love, and money donation!
to help them live in a simple and better life like normal.
